Aside from this being Guam, is it weird that there’s a NEW police interceptor model being sold? Like, it was ordered for service use but never sold/ budget cuts/ who knows?

Yeah, I thought PI models were only sold through fleet sales and bought only with a provided government letter on official letterhead.
